Volvo FH5/FM5/AERO DRL Conversion Kit (Amber) (2021+)

Give your Volvo FH5/FM5/AERO a bold, warm amber DRL.

A direct replacement for your stock DRL boards — same fit, same connectors, striking amber output. Compatible with both LED and halogen headlights. Whether you're upgrading your look or replacing a faulty original, this kit drops straight in without modification.

High-power LEDs mounted on aluminium boards — an upgrade over the standard PCB originals — for superior heat transfer and maximum LED lifespan.

Kit Includes:

• 4x Amber LED boards (2 per side)
• Thermal paste

Plug-and-play — uses the original connectors. No wiring required.

Installation:

Tilt the cab. Remove the plastic covers behind the headlights and pull out the heatsinks. Disconnect the connectors from the original boards and remove them from the heatsinks — a small screwdriver or knife helps here. Clean all old thermal paste thoroughly until the surface is bare and clean.

Apply the included thermal paste in a thin, even layer. Press the new board firmly down onto the heatsink. Bend the wings on the board — marked with arrows — to lock the board securely to the heatsink. Reconnect the connectors and reassemble all parts.
