Shipping Policy

At Truck LED Design, we aim to process, produce, and dispatch all orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Times

Products that are in stock and do not require custom production are usually processed and shipped as soon as possible after the order is confirmed.

Certain products require additional production time because they are manufactured or prepared upon request to fit the exact truck model, customer requirements, or product specifications.

Production Time for Custom and Made-to-Order Products

The following products usually require 5–10 business days for production before dispatch:

  • Custom LED signs
  • High-volume custom products
  • Polyester products, including spoilers, sunvisors, windscreen guards, and similar parts
  • Stainless steel and aluminium bars
  • Any product made upon request to fit a specific truck model
  • Any custom, personalized, or model-specific product

Production time is not the same as shipping time. Shipping time begins only after the product has been completed, quality checked, packed, and handed over to the courier.

During busy periods, production may take slightly longer due to order volume, supplier delays, or courier collection schedules.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using FedEx.

Small-volume parcels under approximately 2 kg are usually shipped with FedEx Express.

Larger parcels, heavy products, high-volume products, oversized products, polyester products, spoilers, sunvisors, windscreen guards, bars, and similar items are usually shipped with FedEx Ground or the most suitable FedEx service available for the destination and package size.

The shipping method may vary depending on the product size, weight, destination country, and courier restrictions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, package size, shipping method, customs clearance, and courier service availability.

Typical estimated delivery times are:

  • FedEx Express: usually faster delivery for small parcels under 2 kg
  • FedEx Ground: usually used for larger, heavier, or oversized parcels

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the courier.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information when available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information and make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, the customer must follow the courier’s instructions to reschedule delivery or collect the parcel.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returns, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or non-collection, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees, re-shipping fees, customs charges, or courier handling costs.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other local charges may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, or unpaid import fees.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to ship orders within the stated processing and production times. However, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier delays
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume
  • Supplier or material delays
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Remote delivery areas

A delay in delivery does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund, especially once the order has been dispatched or production has started for a custom or made-to-order product.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom-made, personalized, model-specific, and made-to-order products are produced specifically for the customer’s order.

Because these products are made upon request, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, unless the product arrives damaged or there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom LED signs
  • Personalized LED products
  • Polyester spoilers
  • Sunvisors
  • Windscreen guards
  • Stainless steel or aluminium bars
  • Model-specific truck parts
  • Any product produced according to the customer’s specifications or vehicle model

Damaged Parcels or Missing Items

Customers must inspect their parcel immediately upon delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A description of the issue

Damage claims reported after this period may not be accepted by the courier or by our company.

Please do not throw away the packaging until the claim has been reviewed, as the courier may require proof of damage.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel appears to be lost in transit, we will contact the courier and open an investigation.

A parcel is not considered lost until the courier confirms it as lost. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued while the courier investigation is still ongoing.

If the courier confirms the parcel as delivered, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or disappearance after delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Refused Deliveries and Uncollected Parcels

If a customer refuses delivery, does not pay required customs or import fees, or fails to collect the parcel from the courier, the order may be returned to us.

In this case, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs charges
  • Courier handling fees
  • Re-shipping costs, if the customer wants the order sent again

Refunds for refused or uncollected parcels may be reduced by any costs charged to us by the courier or customs authorities.

Custom-made and made-to-order products are not refundable in these cases.

PayPal, Card, and Payment Disputes

By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to this Shipping Policy, our production times, and our delivery terms.

For payment disputes, PayPal claims, chargebacks, or refund requests, we reserve the right to provide proof of:

  • Order confirmation
  • Customer-provided shipping address
  • Production status
  • Dispatch confirmation
  • Tracking number
  • Courier delivery confirmation
  • Customer communication
  • Product customization or made-to-order status

Once an order has been shipped and valid tracking information has been provided, the order is considered fulfilled from our side.

For custom-made or made-to-order products, production time must be considered before opening a dispute or requesting a refund.
