MAN TG Series DRL Conversion Kit (Amber) (2020+)

Replace your stock xenon white DRL with a bold, warm amber.

8 high-power 5W Edison LEDs per board — latest generation, equivalent brightness to the original. Aluminium PCBs optimise heat transfer and extend LED lifespan well beyond standard boards. Same dimensions, same connectors — drops straight in without modification.

Kit Includes:

• 2x Amber LED boards (one per side)
• Thermal paste

Plug-and-play — uses the original connectors. No wiring required.

Installation:

• Locate the heatsink on the rear of the headlight.
• Loosen and remove the heatsink from the lamp.
• Disconnect the connector from the original emitter.
• Remove the screws securing the emitter.
• Clean all existing thermal paste from the heatsink surface thoroughly.
• Apply fresh thermal paste evenly to the heatsink.
• Install the new board and secure with the screws.
• Reconnect the plug to the connector and refit the heatsink.
