Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase confirmation, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original condition that you received it including its original packaging.
European residents benefit from free returns within 30 days.
Non-refundable items:
• Gift cards
• Products purchased on sale
• High volume items (spoilers, heavy truck bars)
• Items marked "Final Sale"
How it works (Greece, Cyprus)
1. Notify us by emailing support@truck-led-design.com
2. Provide your order number
3. Provide a reason for your return
4. If needed, provide a high-quality image of your item
5. We will respond with a free return shipping label
6. Print & tape the new label over the old label and box or onto a new box
7. Schedule a pickup of the package or drop off at the nearest ACS Courier

3. Provide a reason for your return
4. If needed, provide a high-quality image of your item
5. We will review your appeal and contact you
* Ensure all items are in their original packaging with all tags still attached
* Returned packages must be shipped in the branded box provided or a within a similar shipping container.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not offer any direct product exchanges.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

* We do not guarantee the returned items will be refunded if the package is lost in transit or received in damaged condition or show clear signs of usage.
